At YT Verse, we are committed to the long-term success of your channel. Because we invest real marketing capital and labor into every project, our refund policy is structured as follows:
1. Our Success Guarantee
We do not just sell "hours"; we sell results. If your 4k watchtime or subscriber targets are not reached within the estimated timeframe provided during your audit, our Success Guarantee kicks in.
The Promise: We will continue to promote and optimize your content at our own expense until the agreed-upon milestones are achieved.
The Founder Oversight: Utkarsh Agrawal will personally oversee the extended campaign to ensure your channel reaches its monetization goals.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Full Refunds: A 100% refund is available if you request a cancellation before any promotional work or channel audits have commenced.
Partial Refunds: If a campaign is in progress but we are unable to complete the service due to technical issues on our end, a pro-rated refund may be issued based on the remaining deliverables.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
To protect the integrity of our Delhi-based agency, refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
Client-Side Violations: If your channel receives strikes or is terminated due to content you uploaded that violates YouTube’s Community Guidelines during our campaign.
Conflicting Services: If you use third-party "bot" or "click-farm" services while YT Verse is running your organic campaign, as this compromises our data and results.
Change of Mind: Once the organic promotion has started, the advertising costs incurred are non-retrievable.
4. How to Request a Review
If you feel your campaign is not meeting the YT Verse standard, please contact Utkarsh directly via the ytverse.in contact form or your priority WhatsApp link. As a BBA graduate with 3 years of experience, I personally review every dispute to ensure a fair and professional resolution.
